Known as artist/producer Sweet Rains, and with a thriving digital music and media company of the same name, is an industry veteran for quite some time. He’s been making moves in the industry since taking flight in 2003 and never looking back. With multiple Billboard charting hits, producing music for shows and events all around the US, and finally becoming a multimedia content provider for iTunes. His services and expertise has helped over 200 artists globally, in addition to assisting international record labels and entertainment companies with both logistics and distribution. Sweet Rains has serviced more than 4000 tracks and album releases, with the number continuing to rise.

Iggy and Cortney Callanan formed a relationship and eventual partnership throughout the years. Their combined powerful and unending work ethic became the foundation of Lafayette Street Records, resulting in the October 2014 launch of the label. Iggy is not merely a figurehead – his hands are in every single aspect of the label, from A&R to assisting with marketing and promotional efforts, to working with artists in the studio. He is a true man of the music. The inaugural release, Sweet Rains feat Reina “Forever”, was a labor of love for Iggy, and an experience he hopes to relive with other artists on the label.
